EDWARD E. VEARA | e-mail

Mr. Veara is one of the two founding partners of the law firm.  He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1972 and is a Cape Cod native.   He graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 1969 and from Boston College Law School in 1972.  Mr. Veara concentrates his practice in civil and criminal litigation, land use, zoning, and municipal law.
 

E. JAMES VEARA | e-mail
Mr. Veara was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1992 and joined the firm in 1992.  He graduated from Boston College in 1989 and from University of Miami Law School in 1992.  He is a Cape Cod native.  Mr. Veara concentrates his practice in civil and criminal litigation, land use, and zoning.
 
PAUL V. BENATTI | e-mail
Mr. Benatti was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1978 and joined the firm in 1978.  He graduated from Amherst College in 1970 and from Boston University Law School in 1978.  He grew up on Cape Cod.  Mr. Benatti focuses his practice in civil litigation, appellate law, and municipal law.
 
CHRISTOPHER A. VEARA | e-mail
Mr. Veara was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2003 and joined the firm in 2003.  He graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 1999 and from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 2002.  Mr. Veara is a Cape Cod native.  Mr. Veara focuses his practice in civil and criminal litigation.

Mr. Patten was admitted to the Massachusetts and Federal Bars in 1985. He graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 1973; Boston University MBA program in 1976; and New England School of Law, Magna Cum Laude, in 1985. He has recently joined the firm of counsel.  Mr. Patten has maintained a Cape Cod and Boston practice concentrating in civil litigation, land use, zoning and environmental permitting.

Ms. Marchbanks was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2004 and joined the firm in 2006. She graduated from Bridgewater State College in 2001 and from Roger Williams University Ralph Papitto School of Law in 2004. She grew up on the South Shore. Ms. Marchbanks focuses her practice in domestic relations, civil litigation, land use and zoning.
